We went away with the dogs for about a week and while I’m sure Gianna was happy to have some peace from the other critters, I think she might be happy to have us home. Non stop purring, cuddling, and kisses. How could anyone want anything else when they get home?

Also, if she’s a little dirty that’s because she could use a bath and we just got home.

The cats have been doing swimmingly and I have not posted here much since there is not much to update on. Genevieve began her first heat cycle a little over a month ago and just finished her second one. Thankfully she is a quiet cat, so even in heat she is still pretty tolerable, I guess we'll see how that changes when the others are also in heat every few weeks. Gianna is a snuggle bug while her brother is trying out his skills on the animals in the rest of the house. By the end of this year we are hoping to have some Siamese munchkin babies out of Genevieve and Giuseppe as well as some other colored munchkins from Giuseppe and Gretel. If that goes to plan, we will hopefully also have a litter from Gianna and Giuseppe late spring or mid summer of next year.

I haven’t been able to take new photos since I’ve been having issues with space on my phone and I need to take som let photos off of it. Genevieve just came into and out of her first heat. This means we are right on track, Giuseppe won’t be old enough to breed for quite a few more months and Genevieve will have time to mature by then. We will also be adding another cat to the clan! I will have a picture tonight or tomorrow hopefully so I can post it.

Gianna has had a bit of a sneeze since summer started and we’ve been running an A/C. She had had some meds to prevent it from getting worse and turning into something like pneumonia. I have found that these Purée squeeze treats are great after some gross tasting medicine, they absolutely love it. It could also be used as an easy bonding technique.

I saw a fuzzy paw sticking out of the naked cat hidey hole and lo and behold, I guess Genevieve has really accepted the babies now! I didn’t even think she could fit in their tiny hole. The bond these three share is crazy already.

Genevieve has quite a bit of sass sometimes. She is such a soft and gentle cat with her paws, her teeth are another story tho.

Gemma is the reason we started this journey and I am so thankful that she came into my life and stayed with me through it all. It’s been over two months now, but the thought of her still brings me to tears.

Genevieve was so small and lean when we got her and I’m so happy with how she has bulked up. She is still such a sweet heart and I can’t believe how gorgeous she is even though I do miss her kitten face.

The kittens have been settling in for a few days and this just goes to show how well bred cats should act. Giuseppe is extremely sweet and cuddly and wants to be touching his people at all times. Gianna is a bit more stand offish and is more interested in attention from other cats. Genevieve would love nothing more than to play with the kittens, but she’s still not sure what these new aliens are. 👽

Babies are officially home! These pictures are from the ride. I was also corrected and Giuseppe is a seal point mink, not chocolate point. We also believe that Gianna is a Lilac Harlequin.

Luna is the only non breeding cat in our house. We adopted her pregnant and she is one of the reasons we decided that we wanted to breed healthy, well bred kittens. Luna had 4 kittens only a couple weeks after she arrived her with us. She has never been a fan of other animals, and she barely tolerated humans. It is always a fun day when she decides to join people and ask for extra attention. She decided to try out the cat tree today.

Genevieve is our absolutely stunning blue point tortoiseshell Siamese female. She is about 8 months old now and sweet as can be.

We will be getting these two bambino (Sphynx and munchkin) kittens tomorrow and we are so excited to be welcoming them into the family. Gianna is a lilac tuxedo bambino female and Giuseppe is a likely chocolate mink point Siamese bambino male. They will be joining our other breeding female, Genevieve to create a line of healthy and happy cats with the Siamese, Sphynx, and munchkin genes.
