Frick and frack...their relationship is complicated, as you can tell by the pinned back ears...they love each other, except when they are annoying each other, lol.

Let's start at the beginning. Gus , as I mentioned, spent his whole life working on a farm in Pennsylvania. His value was in his ability to pull farm equipment. Once he wasn't able to do that, they got rid of him.
There are photos here of Gus early on...right after we got him. He was very underweight and came with a bad sore on his side. The other photos are of him now...filled out and content. You can see the progression as he started to feel healthier and stronger.

Meet Gus! We just started our journey together in April of this year. The amazing sweet old boy is enjoying semi retirement and learning a whole bunch of new skills after years as a working horse. Join us as we have fun together and learn and connect! I'm by no means An expert, so every day with this amazing guy is a learning experience. Thanks for taking the time to get to know us!
