Randy Willer and Kara Keesling with the goal of bringing together a diverse group of highly experienced veterinary specialists to deliver unprecedented medical and surgical excellence, remarkable client service, and effectiv

e communication to the animal-loving community of Northern Colorado and Wyoming. At its heart center, Dr. Willer’s and Dr. Keesling’s shared vision is based on honesty and integrity upon which a foundation of client trust, support staff empowerment, and appreciation for the family veterinary community is built. Based on the enjoyment of working together previously at a large specialty hospital, it was effortless for Dr. Willer and Dr. Keesling to align their passions and continue to foster, through exceptional veterinary healthcare at Royal Vista Veterinary Specialists, the endearing bond that we all share with our animal family. The high cost of veterinary specialty care can be limited to many animal-loving clients who truly want to make the best possible healthcare decisions for their pets. We’re thrilled to welcome Stephanie Lorraine as our newest CSR at Royal Vista Veterinary Specialists! Stephanie loves cuddling with her cat, hiking, and spending time with loved ones. She’s a fan of In-N-Out, Dr. Pepper, and Dutch Bros Coffee, and has a sweet spot for chocolate cake. With her favorite holiday being Christmas and her love for tulips and the scent of vanilla, Stephanie brings warmth and energy to our team. Welcome, Stephanie!

🌟 Dr. Pyuen, one of our Medical Oncogists, attended the Veterinary Cancer Society Conference, here’s how it went!🌟

“Just returned from the Veterinary Cancer Society annual conference in Orlando. So amazing and inspiring to connect with other veterinary medical oncologists, surgeons, and radiation oncologists, all sharing a common goal of battling cancer in pets. My favorite parts of the conference were the two keynote lectures by human oncologists. They shared their research and highlighted how veterinarian and physician scientists have collaborated to streamline clinical trials that have benefitted both pets and people fighting cancer.”

Dr. Kelly McCord, DVM, MS, DACVIM-SAIM, is a Colorado State University graduate who specializes in internal medicine with a focus on pancreatitis, hepatology, and gastrointestinal disorders. He has published numerous veterinary articles, co-authored a chapter in *Veterinary Clinics of North America*, and received awards for his research in gastroenterology. Dr. McCord also volunteers at Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium, performing endoscopic procedures on various species.
