Hi all! Thank you for your patience and kindness during our transfer of ownership. We are currently working on switching over the booking and payment system. Currently we are only able to process in person payments and if a payment is ran online we have to refund it. We will be back to regular online payments in the next few days!

Just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving from The Brown’s! This year we are thankful for a lot of things…

First we’re thankful to everyone that made this opportunity become a reality and for Charlotte entrusting us to take over a business she has put her heart and soul into. We have big shoes to fill and we look forward to continuing Stay & Play as the place we all love!

Next we would like to thank the wonderful staff for their patience and support through this transition phase. We appreciate you all and are looking forward to the future together!

Last, but certainly not least, we are thankful for YOU! Thank you for the warm welcome thus far. We look forward to meeting each of you and getting to care for your precious pets!

To my valued clients:
It brings me the greatest pleasure to announce that Stay & Play will have a new owner effective November 13th, 2024.
As many of you know Jim and I will be embarking on a new adventure that will take us out of New York. This adventure resulted in us having to sell our home and my business. I want to reassure everyone, the new buyers are everything I could ever hope for! Oh and did I mention they’re also existing clients!?! How cool is that?
Stephanie and Brandon Brown will be taking ownership, and I will be staying on for a few weeks to help make a smooth transition. Rest assured, existing reservations and new incoming reservations are secure. You do not need to do anything.
Stephanie and Brandon will be raising their two young children here in Windsor and are very excited to take their place in the community. They are also the parents of two fantastic chocolate labs that have been coming to me for many years. I truly hope you will continue to put your faith and trust in them to care for your babies as you did me. Along with the existing staff, they will continue to operate Stay & Play in the manner that you’re accustomed to, providing the best care and love for your dogs. If you ask me if I would board my dogs with Stephanie and Brandon my answer is unequivocally, absolutely YES. I’ve known Stephanie a very long time, she is the buyer I’ve been waiting for.
It has been an incredible journey, getting to know each and every one of you and your dogs. The trust you placed in me has been so humbling and I’m so honored to love each and every one of those amazing dogs. My life has been made all the richer because of them. I will never forget any of you and I love you all.
