We have been told that word on the street is we are no longer doing pet boarding, and just doing rescue work. This is not the case!
To clarify, the rescue work we do is completely separate from the Pet Inn and done on a very small scale when surrounding rescues seem to be full or overwhelmed. It is a way for us to give back to the community, but we are very dependent on the business of Cottonwood Creek Pet Inn in order to continue to help with the rescue work when we are able.
The rescue and our boarding facility as well as the dogs in them are kept separate from one another physically, financially, and as business entities (the rescue is set up as a 501c3 nonprofit, while the business is a sole proprietorship and our family's source of income).
Cottonwood Creek Pet Inn is open 7 days a week from 8am - 6pm. It is owned and operated by our family and one local employee. Our rate is $19/day/dog. We strive to offer pet boarding that is both reliable and affordable. We do not have any additional fees, but we also do not provide discounts as our rates are already much lower than most boarding facilities. We have a large fenced in dog run for outdoor play time. Our facility is climate controlled, so pets stay comfortable no matter what the weather is doing.
