One of my favorite things about doing skulls is being able to hold some awesome trophies and hear all of the great stories of people’s hunts. It gives me an opportunity to share in their experience and help them remember it for a lifetime. This year I was blessed to start off the skull cleaning season with my very own trophy. I was able to harvest my first archery bull on opening day after seven years of elk hunting with a bow. The Lord knows, and so do I, that there are far more important things in this life, but I‘m thankful for the opportunities He gives to experience and enjoy His wonderful creation. Hope everyone has a great season, and I’m looking forward to seeing some great trophies no matter how big or small.
