Texas Rice Festival Annual Texas Rice Festival celebrating Rice Harvest in Winnie, Texas since 1969.

The Rice Festival includes a carnival, two parades, livestock show, longhorn show, open horse show, BBQ cook off, nightly street dances, music and entertainers, antique car show, rice cooking contest, pageants and food, food, food.
