Meet Janice Joplin 🎶🐾
Just like her legendary namesake, Janice Joplin is soulful, unforgettable, and full of heart. This sweet girl has the most charming one floppy brown ear that gives her a permanently endearing, “did-you-call-me?” look—it bounces along with her everywhere she goes.
Janice’s story is one of resilience and hope. She was pulled from a high-risk kill shelter, where her gentle spirit could have been lost far too soon. Since then, she’s shown everyone just how loving and special she truly is. Janice absolutely adores people and is wonderful with kids—she thrives on attention, cuddles, and being part of a family. Her favorite things include belly rubs, soft beds, and spending time with her humans.
Because of a previous dog attack, Janice is understandably not comfortable around other dogs and would do best as the only pet in the home. With people, though, her heart is wide open. She bonds deeply and is incredibly loyal to those who show her kindness.
She is fully up to date on vaccinations, on flea/heartworm prevention, spayed, and microchipped. Adoption fee 130$.
