Loss of power has also caused loss of products and medicine for our animals.😔
Director was out again today to review the extent of the damage to outdoor kennels and housing for current dogs and new intakes for displaced dogs from the storm.
The shelter is beyond capacity as it is. 😢

Day 2 of Pick me! SC and again zero adoptions, zero foot traffic. But we did have 2 special doggos scooped up by a special visitor and Rescue Partner! Michea with Final Victory Animal Rescue spent the day with us, walked through, met all our kiddos, helped us with playgroups and did not leave empty handed! A tripod Pittie named Tarzan and Exide, a terrified shut down dog who just recently came off stray hold. So not a bad day after all🥰. We had loads of fun despite the heat, socializing and playing with our four legged angels❤️🐾 bonding time to the max 😊 Thank you staff and Volly’s for a wonderful day well spent!
