Winona Area Humane Society

WAHS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no-kill animal shelter organization located in Winona, MN. We do not receive any state or federal funding - so our operations are largely made possible through generous contributions, fundraising, and adoption/surrender fees! We are a small but bustling humane society with a passion for helping every animal that we can! Our facility offers open bay housing for cats,

medical treatment rooms, large & small dog kennels, outdoor runs, and a walking trail for dogs. Our organization operates on an appointment-only basis for adoptions, animal visits, and volunteering opportunities. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday - 12:00pm to 5:00pm
Saturday - 10:00am to 2:00pm
Sunday and Monday - closed
