Overfeeding = Overweight pets!

And try avoiding foods that have meat by-product, corn or corn gluten meal! Corn is just a filler that your cat doesn't need (think of it as junk food for your pet). Look for foods that are high in protein (cats are carnivores) with meat (not meat by-product) as the first ingredient.

Higher quality food often leads to eating less because they're getting the nutrients they need instead of fillers, less waste which means less cleaning the litter box, and an overall healthier pet!

Keep those portions just right for a long, healthy life. Check labels or ask your vet for advice! 🐱🐕🐾

Give your seeds the perfect start with a living soil mix. We carry everything you need to follow these recipes! Check out the video then stop in and get your ingredients.

Easy: Buy a bag of seed starter and add in the living stuff (worm castings, compost or Myco) - remember soil should be living, not sterile!!

Intermediate: Thin down an existing quality potting mix. Something with Coir, peat moss or biochar, bat guano, etc. We have a couple awesome options for this!
- FoxFarm Coco Loco
- FoxFarm Ocean Forest
- Rosy Soil Seedling Mix (no need to screen this one - it's all ready for you!)

Advanced: Make your own with equal parts Coir, living stuff (compost, worm castings, or Myco), and pumice (we have this in bulk so get the exact amount you need).
