Today was a special day❣️
God allowed me to help one of His precious creatures
A Downy Woodpecker hit my store door. I picked him up and gently put him in a little box. I talked to him and gave him gentle pets. As I was getting the number for Audubon Society, he looked at me and began to start stirring around, so I backed off to give him space. And in an instant he flew out of the box and hung out on the building. After about 5 minutes he flew away

How fast the summer has gone! It will be cold soon enough > Be smart, be prepared we specialize in pellet stove safety > going on close to 30 years

Right now if you have not had your stove and piping cleaned, serviced probably, please call text... Our service is approximately 3>4 hours and we will make sure you are aware of anything we see to possibly clean more or should I say help all you guys to burn stove at top performance.
Also you will receive a Recommendation sheet we have written up over years of experience.

Example > burn only premium hardwood pellets here in New England > softwood is great of you reside in Alaska!

If you burn softwood here in New England you will find yourself with a big creosote mess.

Softwood is only meant to be burned on a higher temp all the time.

Be safe and warm this coming season.

1st clean stove airchambers & all inside of stove being sure all burnout as well as heatexchange tube area...
2nd Run hopper empty and vacuum > esp. by auger shaft
If this doesn't solve your problems then ck piping- should be cleaned every 100 bags
If all this fails call us > or you need assistance in doing any of these things
