Part of socializing your dog is just exposing them to different environments. That DOES not take away from their guarding instinct, but it makes them used to you and your lifestyle.
Your boerboel should be able to differentiate between friend and foe! And they also know who is their ppl and property! A well socialized dog just makes it better and easier to train and control.

It was a busy night here at the D’Saint house hold! But now our family is larger on head count and in love!
We praise God for the life of Sarah! We praise God for uniting us in his love and blessing us with one another!!

⁣⁣We had 98 entries in the Conformation show! The biggest show so far!!
Judging took quite some time and sometimes the quality of the videos doesn't help.
We are very proud of everyone that entered and we will look to create more classes for the future shows now that we have such a big response.

Wanted to take the time to honor a specimen of the breed!!! A male that is an exemple of temperament and conformation.
Klein Sandfontei “JUDGE”
He held the title of Highest SABBS Linear Appraisal score in the world of 93.4% from April 2017 – April 2023. His granddaughter took the title from him, then his daughter, just confirming the importance of this boy in the boerboel breed, since he produces amazing pups conforming with the breed and scoring 90+!!!
In September 2018, he also won Senior Champion Male, Grand Champion Male, and Dog of the Day at the 2018 Fall USA SABBS Show.
K.S. Judge is 29.5 Tall and weight 195-200lbs. And any pictures you see of him does not make justice on the thick bones that he has!
On top of all, this guy has a Perfect health scores!
Any boerboel lovers out there, we owe to Klein Sandfontein for producing such an amazing dog!
And Shelby Flynn from Black Iron Boerboels for given him the perfect environment and life to reach his achievements!!!!

We had an amazing time at the boerboel expo! Met some amazing dogs and ppl. D’Saint Pete made us proud with a 3rd place ribbon on the SABBS show and a 3rd place medal on the WBBA show for the 9 to 12 months category. On the way back home, he rested from all the hard work. lol🤣🤣🤣!!
