Why horses? I love spending time with these magnificent beings for so many reasons; they remind me to live in the moment and appreciate the importance of community and friendship. Horses possess a quiet strength which becomes contagious as you learn to navigate your emotional challenges in new ways. The human/horse relationship offers healing energy -simply stated, they help us feel better! And they bring us to a happier, more stable, state of mind. Gotta love them ❤️ If you haven’t spent time with horses, I encourage you to carve out time in your life to do so!
