We are looking to bring a Dog Training Intern (or two) on to our team. This will be a very flexible position for people 18+ who want to learn more about dog training, client service, and sales.

This is a part time role for approximately 8-20 hours a week. The idea candidate would be available afternoons, evenings, and both weekend days. Outstanding performers may be offered full time employment with us when available. We offer career development opportunities including AKC Evaluator and Certified Professional Dog Trainer.

College students or others studying animal behavior and veterinary care are encouraged to apply.

As we are preparing for our 5 year anniversary at Zoom Room Winter Park, we will be launching new and exciting changes to our passes that will increase flexibility.

This does mean that one of our favorite offerings will no longer be available to new clients - the $99 Pay As You Train Monthly Subscription.

Current clients will be able to remain on it, but there will be no new sign-ups for that program starting September 1, 2025.

Are you having trouble accessing your existing Zoom Room account or can't seem to get a new one created?

Our booking platform recently released a security update to make your browsing experience safer (yay!) which has resulted in some clients not being able to get into their accounts (boo!). If this is happening to you, please try the following steps to get back in:

🐾 Log in and log out (we know, we know). But seriously, this may help your account be upgraded to the system if it didn't happen automatically.
🐾 Reset your password OR login with your Mindbody password, depending on the prompt. There may be a few extra requests after this you can follow.

Still not in? Give us a 📱call, ✉️ email or 👐 stop by! We've got some tricks up our sleeves to help reset your password and get you logged in.

Dear Zoom Room Family,

I wanted to share with you an additional update and the resolutions we have put in place to be sure you can restore access to your accounts.

Mindbody, the system you use to book classes for your pup(s) at Zoom Room, recently updated their system to enhance security (yay!) and some of our clients are reporting a few login hiccups (boo!). Continue down this email for some tips and tricks on how to get access to your Zoom Room account and pay extra close attention if you’ve used Mindbody outside of Zoom Room previously.

Step 1: Head to www.zoomroom.com
Try logging in to your location with your usual Zoom Room email and password. If this works, great! If not, continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Getting a prompt from Mindbody to use a different password?
If you’re asked to log in using your Mindbody password instead, that means your Zoom Room account is linked to another Mindbody profile (like if you’ve booked a class at another studio or spa before).
Remember your Minbody password? Go ahead and log in with that.
Drawing a blank? Just click “Reset it Here” to request a one-time-password (OTP) to reset your account. If you didn’t receive the code, hop to Step 3.
If you did receive it, enter the code, reset your password, and log in. Voila!

Step 3: Didn’t get your OTP to reset your password?
Reach out to your local Zoom Room via phone, email or stop on by - we’ll manually reset your password on our end to get you in.
