We just wanted to make a quick PSA.
Our phones and internet will be down for a period today due to Spectrum coming to upgrade our service. Please be patient with us and please call one of the local urgent care facilities if you need immediate care for your kitty.
Here at PALS Low-Cost Feline Veterinary clinic we are a very small team. We only have one receptionist and she only has one set of hands. We also only have one phone line. If she is already talking to a client, you will hear a busy signal when you try to call. Please wait 10-15 min and try again. If you call and the phone goes to our machine, please leave a message. This means that our receptionist is currently working with a client in the lobby, helping the other technicians hold a cat or she is eating lunch. She will call you back if you leave a message. Please do not hang up and call back over and over again. Please do not hang up and call the shelter line. The shelter will not be able to help you with your clinic related questions.
