Welcome Dr. Stanton!

We are incredible excited to welcome Dr. Stanton to our clinic as the newest full time DVM. Dr. Anne Stanton is a 2014 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a 2016 graduate of the Medical College of Wisconsin where she earned her Master’s Degree in Public Health. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, particularly internal medicine, has a strong interest in ultrasound, and has a special place in her heart for providing compassionate palliative and end-of-life care for senior/terminally ill pets. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Stanton enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 children and their variety of animals on their hobby farm.

Make sure to welcome her if you see her around!

Last but certainly not least: Rissa!

She is currently our only certified veterinary technician here, actually working here since the clinic was founded! Her favorite part of the job is getting to know and build trust with the clients, many whom she has worked with for a long time! When not here at the clinic, Rissa can be found mini golfing, visiting zoos, and enjoying family time.

Thank you for all you do, Rissa! You are the go-to for hundreds of thousands of questions and always willing to help our staff and patients out with a smile!

Liz can often be found at the reception desk and is always a smiling face when you walk into the clinic! She has worked here at Progressive for about two years now and loves meeting new pets and clients! Liz loves exploring new places with her dogs and being outdoors.

Lindsey joined the team in 2024 and has instantly made an impact with her organization and consistency. She enjoys helping the critters who visit the clinic and speaking with clients about their pets! We can always count on her to be calm and ready for anything. When not at work, Lindsey enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and reading.

🐾☎️Meet Ginger!☎️🐾

Ginger is one of our wonderful vet assistants and can often be found at the reception desk. She has been a part of the clinic since 2022, and her favorite part has been helping all the animals and their humans every day! You can find her spending time near Lake Superior, around the campfire, or at a car show on her day off.

Now Hiring!

In addition to a certified veterinarian technician, we are now hiring for a veterinarian assistant! The veterinary assistant assists the veterinarians and technicians with patient care and treatment, monitors hospitalized pets, maintains inventory, prepares prescriptions, performs routine in-house laboratory work, educates clients regarding veterinary care and procedures, and assists in every aspect of the clinic.
