It’s the MOST wonderful time of year…when we get the crew together for our annual Christmas Party (traditionally a month late 🙃) We had the best time at Whiskey Rapids Saloon playing Trivia, Minute to Win It Games, and enjoying delicious food and good company! We are so grateful to not only every one of our coworkers who light up our lives at work, but also all of their “Plus-One’s” who love them just as much as we do. We’re lucky for every person in these photos! Merry (Belated) Christmas from the MVP crew, and thank you to the team at Whiskey Rapids for such a wonderful night!

Happy, Happy Birthday to our wonderful Tammy! She had an incredible year this past year welcoming her first grandchild (see below 🥹) and we just know the upcoming one will be just as special. She’s essential to our team- with the biggest heart, a deep love for alllllll the puppies, and a can-do attitude, we don’t know what we’d do without her. She brings such joy into our lives as well as all of her coworkers and our clients. Lucky is an understatement. Happy Birthday to you Tammy! You deserve nothing but the absolute best the world has to offer 💕

Wishing a Very Happy New Year to all our wonderful clients as we welcome 2025. This past year we’ve met more pets and clients than any year previously and we are so grateful. Grateful to our wonderful community who supports us and trusts our care, grateful to our hardworking and thoughtful coworkers who make it all possible, and grateful to be able to do it all again in 2025. Every year end and beginning marks a time for reflection. Whether you lost a treasured pet or welcomed a new one, helped them get through a sickness or injury, or kept up with their preventative care- one thing is for certain- it is overwhelmingly clear how deeply you all love your furry friends. Wishing our fabulous Becky P a very Happy Birthday!! She is full of wisdom, a kind but tough heart, and great advice! She’s also always good for a laugh. We love her to pieces and are very thankful to have her as a coworker. She’s a calm presence in chaos for both our clients and our staff. Double pictures for our double birthday Girls! December 3rd is oh so sweet because we get to celebrate TWO of our very favorites- Barb and Josie.

Josie- our hardworking, can-do gal! She is truly passionate about each pet that comes to us, and she carry’s that passion through her work. She loves the animals deeply, and her coworkers even more, and we’re so lucky we’re where she decides to come to work! She’s smart, capable, and talented. She wears many hats, and we’re so happy that working at MVP is one. This past year will be tough to beat as she got married in June, but we’re certain she will top it on the next! Happiest of Birthday wishes Josie!

Barb- you all know and love her! She’s a bright light that always remembers the little things. She remembers little details about clients, pets, and tasks to be done- something that truly is special! She has a huge heart, and is not only a wonderful co-worker, but an extraordinary mom to two special little girls. (We’re thinking they’re both set to be vets if they love animals as much as their mom!) Barb will do what it takes to make sure the job gets done and we’re so proud to have her as part of our team! Happiest of birthday wishes Barb!

If you’ve been in this month you’ll have noticed we are EXTRA festive this year- but we need your help! The team is having a “Door Decorating Contest” this Halloween and each person took their spin on decorating a door for Halloween/fall. We’re asking your help to “Like” the photo of the door that is your favorite to vote for it-and that staff member will win a special prize! (You’re also welcome to like more than one!) We wanted to share the difference in a Vet Tech visit vs. a Veterinarian visit with the hopes to clarify the reasoning behind it!

To try and accomodate as many patients on a daily basis as we can we have our veterinary technicians perform our routine wellness and vaccine appointments along with the others listed below. This benefits our clients so that it allows our Doctor to perform surgery 4 days a week and see pets that are sick / have health concerns allowing us to have the space to see these pets daily and (hopefully) save a trip to an ER clinic elsewhere. If we had our Doctor primarily working on vaccine appointments we would have to divert basic health concerns like UTI's, cut paws, ear infections, etc. elsewhere or have pets wait weeks for them to be seen. Our goal is trying to service our patients in the best and most efficient way we can. As always, we will do our best to accomodate you in whatever way we can- and if you would prefer to be with the Doctor just let us know when scheduling your appointment and we will make it happen!

Krystal works tirelessly as a jack-of-all trades alongside Dr Dan to make sure Mobile Vet runs the best way it can to service each of our wonderful clients and staff. She doesn’t get the recognition she deserves (nor does she want it!) but she works tirelessly for the betterment of us all. We hope you have the most blessed day, as you are truly a blessing to us all!

Last week we celebrated some of our very favorite gals during Coworker Appreciation Week! (There are a couple others missing from the photos, just as wonderful- just not up for the camera!)

These ladies pour their hearts and soul into everyone that walks through the door- both 2 and 4 legged. They show up for the clients, the pets, and for each other- and it takes a lot to do so. There's a lot that goes into the job, you hop from a new puppy appointment to an end of life appointment to an emergency- often times with no breather in between. They are our every day super-hero's and WOW- we sure do appreciate each and every one of them for the reasons listed and a million more! Thank you ladies- you make coming to work a JOY!
