My wonderful old gal Whisper has slowed down quite a bit. We named her Faraway Farms Whispering pine for the "Whispering Pine" that was noted on Our marriage certificate under location! I know our days together are very limited but she truly amazes me and continues to give so much love.. She is 12 which is pretty amazing for a Bernese Mountain Dog. These days she goes out and rolls in the grass and drags it all inside. My OCD appears to understand that is just her idea of accessories and let's her be in all her glory. At her peak she was maybe 55 lbs which caused me to research her breeding and DNA test through AKC. She checked out but we fixed her early due to some birth issues. Interestingly, her few litters with Kodiak have had good longevity. A true testament to the BMD ❤️.

An Olive and Teddy pup with a Maple and Teddy pup. They are just stunning but I'm prejudiced. I'm so happy with this new line infused with Kodiak's genetics. Bernese Mountain Dogs take some patience to raise but they truly are best friends and companions.

Well we played in the creek, then they helped me in the yard. These two F1 b Bernedoodle boys are so loving and happy. So weird they haven't found their people! Oh well, they will be ready when just the right family comes along. In the meantime they will be fully vaccinated this week and ready for Summer fun and Socializing.
