It was a great weekend to have a Labrador find a bird!
These Junior Tests were challenging. We had downpours this morning, interesting set ups, and a ton of drive. But all 3 girls did really well and were complimented for various things. We walked away with 11 qualifing ribbons and 3 Titles!!!

Loves car rides, hiking, listens well off leash, and gets along with other dogs. Crate trained, knows basic obedience and few tricks, current on vaccinations. He is two and only 45 lbs like his Mama. Excellent pedigree but he thinks he would prefer to be a pet, not a hunter.
Time to officially introduce the Gable and Riot litter with their one week photo shoot and theme announcement. Gable is now in Maine where he will be with a pro trainer and continue his hunt test career, which means sadly this will be our last Gable litter. In his honor…since his name is Gable like the vintage movie star Clark Gable, that is what we chose for our theme! Meet our Rising Star Litter full of some favorite classics!

One week old pictures for our chubby little HRCH ROCK MH and SHR Goose pups! These kids are growing so fast.
These pups will make excellent all around family pets and hunters. Parents have a nice off switch in the house and are a rocket in the field. Goose and Rock both guide at a pheasant lodge during the upland season and are VERY good at what they do. Goose is a solid pointer and is very versatile. These should be the total package! Titles, health tested, and proven working dogs!

Meet Kit:
Formerly known as Ketene in our CPR SHR Barrett DS VHM TKI VSB and Razz DJ VHM TKN litter. Barrett is an absolutely outstanding upland dog. Kit looks just like her Dad and acts a lot like him too. She has an amazing off switch and a big motor with plenty of drive! She gets along great with other dogs, loves the cats when they will have anything to do with her, and enjoys her toys. She will sit in your lap and cuddle and watch tv as long as you will cuddle and pet her. Both parents are out of outstanding pointing lines. Should be an excellent hunter and family pet. She is crate trained, had all of her vaccinations, microchipped, and is almost done teething. PM for more info.

Happy 11th Birthday to the one and only Kate. This HRCH 650 pt little chocolate dog was always a pleasure to step to the line with. She now mostly takes up a lot of space every night in bed! 🤣

Barrett would like pheasant season to hurry up and get here! What’s the hold up? He is ready to get this show on the road. Saturday he busted a dozen birds across from the mail box, so I pulled up my phone in case he found another and of course he did.
We have chocolate and black and they are the cutest little nuggets ever! Now to pick a theme! What are your suggestions?

Gable and Riot pups due on Saturday. Riot too miserable to do much of anything the last couple days. Now accepting deposits for chocolate and black pups ready to go home around Oct 1st.
Now that Rye earned his HRCH, he is trying his hand at dock diving! Here is his very first jump off the dock yesterday after learning how to use the pool ramp! Thank you K-9 STAC for the video!
Trenasse would love to be someone’s hunting companion, shotgun in the truck, shed hunter, stud dog, and just all around Jack of all trades. He has two Finished passes and handles well. Good marking dog and always wants to be a good boy. He is collar conditioned and force fetched, crate trained, housebroke, great with both intact males, females, and cats. Been with a Pro trainer most of his life. Steady on the line and in the blind. Has been dove and pheasant hunting and loves hiking and shed hunting. Listens well and is easy to have around. He is clear on the Paw Print panel, Copper Toxicosis, OFA, hips, good, elbows, normal, and eyes normal. We love the hunt test game! He loves training and going with but does not enjoy running hunt test. This is something we would like to do for years to come, not just to a title, so we are looking for a better fit for him. Would make an outstanding meat dog for an avid hunter.
UPDATE: just one male and one female on this litter remain. Peanut in our HRCH UH Reo MH and SHR Rush DJ litter. We have two males and black and red females available.
Gibson is such a big sweetheart with a nice off switch. This is his norm. I have videos of he an Mark doing this same thing 3 or 4 months ago. He is on the hunt for a family or hunting partner. He is crate trained, has puppy manners and some basics downs. His brother Fender in the second half of the video is also sweet as pie. He also has a wonderful off switch and loves to cuddle! They are out of HRCH MH sire and a daughter of HRCH 500 point dog Kate and a QAA. She will also be having chocolates soon out of Gable.♥️
Our little red 7.2 oz female is up to 11.4 oz already! Growing like a champ! ♥️
