As we begin 2024, I have decided to update my cancellation policy. November and December were filled with a lot of last minute cancellations or completely missed appointments that I was unable to fill due to short notice. With the holiday season being hectic and stressful for a lot of people, as well as being prime flu season, I wanted to be as understanding and accommodating as possible.
While grooming is a passion of mine and I truly love what I do, it is also my means of supporting my family. Being one on one requires that I schedule enough time to complete each groom, as well as account for pick up and cleaning, without appointments overlapping. If one appointment cancels late or doesn’t show at all, that is about 3 hours of work that could’ve been spent on another dog had I been given proper notice.
My schedule is consistently booked out about 7-8 weeks and I am rarely accepting new clients to ensure that my current clients will always have a spot. If you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will have availability right away, but with enough notice, I can work on moving appointments around in hopes of creating an opening.
If anyone has any questions, please feel free to reach out at any time. Thank you all for your support and understanding🐾
