Our Adoptable Horses Are Ready to Meet You!

We’re so happy to share our album of beautiful adoptable horses who are searching for their heart families and forever homes!

Come take a peek at some of the sweet souls waiting to become part of a loving farm. We have a few bonded pairs who’ve been together for years—we’d absolutely love to see them continue their journey side-by-side if you have the space. We also have several wonderful singles who would make perfect companions for a horse you already have who’s looking for a buddy.

Please note: all of our current horses are companion-only and have not been ridden, but they have plenty of love, personality, and loyalty to give.

If you can open your hearts—and your farm—to offer a home to one or two of these special horses, please don’t hesitate to call or message us. Your perfect match may be waiting right here.

Hey y’all, just wanted to share a little update from Becky’s Hope!

Cowboy Bob’s latest visit was another great learning lesson. We’ve been making huge strides with our animals.

Pepper update: 11 months in and she’s a whole new girl. She came to us weak and sickly, and now she’s back to a healthy weight and feeling great. She’s gone from shy to confident… but try catching her in a huge pasture—it’s not easy. Anyone feel my pain? 😂

And of course, Bob already has Pepper wrapped around his little finger. I’m over here working double-time because this cowboy just has the touch! 🤠

More big wins:

Bob did little Jinx’s feet for the first time—HUGE!

He also got all those pesky burrs out of Dakota’s mane and tail. Bless this man and his patience!!

Now I’m off to do the homework Bob gave me with Pepper, hoping to surprise him with my skills by the next time he comes back. Hahahaha!

🐝 A massive shoutout to the fantastic team at Honey Bee Rescue for coming to our aid yet again! They helped us safely relocate the bees from our tree—exactly where a few of our horses like to hang out.

Oh, and one of the horses is actually named Honey! We promise, that’s not a joke. 😅 See pictures! That’s our beautiful senior horse, Honey, heading to her shelter by the bee tree. This pic was taken before the bee people came to help us. Anyway, nature really knows how to add a twist of humor, doesn’t it? lol

Thank you for the sweet save, Honey Bee Rescue and Tommy for coming out and helping us. We’re incredibly grateful for your dedication to helping our buzzing neighbors while also keeping our herd happy and sting-free!

Seriously, if you have a BEE issue … don’t hesitate to call this company.

Adoption update !

We just got the sweetest update from Kara, who adopted our beautiful Silver (aka PattieAnn) — she’s clearly living her best life and keeping everyone entertained! 💕

“Went to the barn at 10pm while it was storming last night and opened lots of pine shavings so the horses would have soft bedding instead of the hard dirt to sleep on in the stalls.

Here comes PattieAnn to supervise. I opened all the shavings and was spreading it evenly in one of the stalls. I turned around and saw Pattie arranging her own bedding in the big stall before I could get to it. She carefully spreads out the shavings with her front foot. Then she lets out a huge sigh and drops down into the soft shavings and rocked back and forth 😳😂

The boys have never done that. Solo and Boo were watching us for a few minutes and left. She’s such a girly girl!! 🐎💗

PS She’s wearing purple ribbons in her mane for a photo shoot with family. And I caught her peeking in the window at my new kitten.😂”

Stories like this truly fill our hearts. ❤️
Happy endings and sweet updates from our adopters remind us exactly why we do what we do — seeing these horses so loved and happy makes it all worth it!

It's been a productive morning here, and things went pretty smoothly overall for farrier day. Huge thanks to Lucas James for working his magic and getting all our animals' feet in tip-top shape. 🤩

We had a little bit of "organized" chaos thanks to our donkeys, who were very eager for their turn with Lucas and tried their best to cut in line. 😂 We love their enthusiasm, even if it means a little extra herding!

Lucas, thanks again for another great day!

What a day at the rescue!

We had a special visit from Dr. Bailey, the very first vet to see our girl Pepper when she arrived, struggling with a body score of just two. It's the first time Dr. Bailey has seen Pepper since those tough early days, and she was so proud to see just how far Pepper has come! Pepper is truly thriving now, with just a bit of arthritis in her front legs. She’ll be starting Equioxx daily to keep her feeling comfortable. She also had her shots and coggins.

Beauty was a champ for her shots and Coggins test, and Barry Wayne had his feet x-rayed. We’re happy to report Barry Wayne is walking better than ever! The x-rays do show laminitis, but not as severe as we feared. He’s on a carefully controlled diet—no sugar, no grass, just dry lot and extra love—but seeing him move so well is such a relief.

And Honey, our sweet senior mare, is showing a little more of her age these days. As horses grow older, their teeth naturally wear down, and Honey’s not quite able to chew like she once did. We’re updating her nutrition plan to help her get everything she needs so she stays healthy and happy through the golden years. A few gentle adjustments and some extra “groceries” will help her thrive.

We’re so grateful to the team at Weems and Stephens Equine Hospital for their expertise and support. It truly takes a village: from our amazing vets and farriers, trainers, muckers, those who fill water troughs or donate a bit of hay or grain—every act of kindness counts.

We wouldn’t be here without our incredible FARMily. Thank you all for being part of this journey with us!

What a good day at Becky’s Hope!

We need YOUR help giving a HUGE shoutout to Cowboy Bob! AGAIN! This amazing man drove FOUR hours to be here for Faith’s and BB’s dental appointment, just to make sure Faith was comfortable and had the best experience possible. How do we even begin to thank someone like that? I know how! Please go show him some love by liking and following his page — let’s show him how much he means to Becky’s Hope and the all animals he works with every single day! We tagged him up top - please click his name and give his page a follow!!

And the best part? The vets at Weems and Stephens, who had tried (but she wasn’t cooperating) before to help Faith with her teeth and shots, were absolutely *stunned* at her transformation. S T U N N E D. Truly incredible to see what patience, compassion, and teamwork can accomplish.

We are beyond grateful — to Bob for his dedication, to our vets for their care, and most of all, we are so happy for sweet Faith. We know she must feel so much better.

Today was full of hope, kindness, and healing… just the way we like it.

Hello, horse lovers! We’re excited to share two very special souls looking for their forever home together… hopefully.

Red & Justice are a bonded pair of quarter ponies—both a little over 13 hands tall, halter-broke, and in great health. Aged between (approximately) 12–16 years old, they’ve got plenty of love (and a bit of playful mischief!) left to share.

** They’ve enjoyed some time off, so they can be a tad elusive. A patient hand, consistent handling, and a few carrots will have them back in tip-top form in no time! 😂 These horses haven’t yet been trained for riding, but under the guidance of a patient, skilled trainer, they could learn to carry a small rider.

Our greatest wish is that Red & Justice stay side by side. They’re best friends!

Could You Be Their Perfect Match?
Imagine them grazing contentedly in your pasture, nuzzling your favorite horse, or simply brightening your barn with their sweet personalities. If you have room in your heart (and farm) for two, we’d love to hear from you!

If you’re interested please email [email protected] or fill out our application here https://beckyshope.com/adopt

Feel free to share this post—together, we can find Red & Justice the perfect forever family!
