Amazing doggy day care with overnight option located in a beautiful neighborhood in Wonder Lake, Illinois. We offer drop off or pick up service for your pooch so you can focus on getting ready for work or that vacation, and we offer the option to pick them up or we will arrange to have them brought home. We operate a clean home, with living areas dedicated to pampering pups. Inside we offer a carp
eted, air conditioned lower level made entirely for dogs, equipped with couches, dog beds, and toys galore. If your dog needs some quiet time or is skittish, we have a soothing bedroom devoted to giving them some alone time and keeping them feeling safe and secure, with plenty of bed choices and toys. We have a huge fenced in yard with ample shade, and dogs can spend their days napping in the air conditioning or splashing supervised in the baby pool. We have 24/7 supervision with "mom", "dad", and "grandma" helping out with activities. We have one school aged child who will be gone days when the school year starts, but if the clients are friendly, you may catch her out in the sprinklers with her fur buddies. No other children will be present during the day or night, and she is experienced and educated on being with animals. We offer grooming with advanced notice, and pets have the option of sleeping in fluffy doggy beds, crates if comfortable, or in our bed if they are scared of the dark (more for the little ones). We only take 2-3 dogs at a time so that your pet receives individual attention and care. No one gets neglected, everyone gets lots of snuggles. Our resident dog Darwin is as sweet and playful as they get, and will help your fur baby adjust to the social setting, or just show them how to romp in the sprinklers. If it's overwhelming for your pup, we do have designated quite times and sectioned off quiet areas to help your dog feel comfortable. Don't forget your update with silly selfie time! Did I mention your pet is having a blast, and you will be receiving a goofy selfie and update of them daily while they are here. In special cases, we may consider dogs that still need potty training, and will assist with your training program. Don't be surprised if your dog learns a few new things while here either, as our daughter has a knack for talking to dogs, and loves teaching new tricks. Shake and roll over anyone? We are an established in home daycare, but have chosen to work with Dog Vaycay for their easy to use booking and exposure. We highly recommend viewing our home in person beforehand, and ask for advanced notice so that we may put the clients outside while you tour. We also prefer a meet and greet, but do insist on providing ample information on temperament and social skills.
