We have some very bad news to share. Our lovely ranch cat Bartok has gone to kitty heaven. He unfortunately got hit by a car a couple nights ago on Sir Francis Drake. He was not just any ranch cat, he was so special and has touched the hearts of everyone around the ranch. From sleeping in tackrooms (ridding them of mice) or jumping in your car and you needing to turn around and bring him back. He had the meow to make you smile from a mile an away. We will miss him joining the trainers in the arena to help give lessons, we will miss him while we do our nightly grain routine. Leah and Casey took him and his brothers and sisters at a very young age. They found homes for most of them but Bartok stole Casey’s heart and he was here to stay. Forever in our hearts Bartok

Just a reminder that we are hosting the Country Fun Day tomorrow at the arenas!!! Be sure to join us for the parade down woodacre at 12pm with festivities happening at the arenas following the parade! Game tickets, BBQ, and flea market are CASH ONLY!!!!! See you all there!!!

Hi Folks,
The time has come, we’re getting ready for equipment mobilization to make significant improvements to the Roy’s Redwoods Preserve. Please spread the word that the North side of Roy’s Redwoods will be closed for restoration beginning in July and will last through October.

We are doing our absolute best at keeping our arenas in better condition. We have found the dust off is so essential to ourselves and our horses all breathing better. After storm update: THE RANCH IS OKAY! All horses and humans survived that crazy storm and thankfully no major damages occurred. The cypress tree behind Leah and Casey’s house snapped but no horses, humans, fences, or structures were harmed. The power is out here with an unknown time for restoration. There is quite a bit of small tree branch debris all around so please use caution if coming to visit your horse. If you do not own or sponsor a horse we ask that you please refrain from visiting today as we are working hard to get everything cleaned up.
