This beautiful adult male cat came to use after being hit by a car and left with a broken pelvis. He’s all healed up and looking for his forever home. He’s a neutered adult male that loves to puurrrr as you can hear!! He’s approximately 7-8 years old and really is an amazing boy. Took a couple months to heal but he’s ready to live his life safely now. He’s Available at Woodbridge Animal Control. Please call (203)389-5991 Monday-Saturday 10am-3pm. State police K9 Broko was killed in the line of duty in Stonington last night. "K9 Broko courageously gave his life protecting his handler, fellow troopers, and our community," state police said.

‼️Adopted‼️This is Benji♥️ We were told he is a Doodle Setter mix. Benji has had a tough go around last month. His owner had to move out of country and a nice near by neighbor took him in to find him a home. A recent boiler fire has evicted them out of the home and now he’s with us at Woodbridge Animal Control. Benji is a 6 year old neutered male. He’s great with all people and children. Senior boy Missing in Ansonia. Spread the word

It's with the heaviest of hearts that we break the news that this sweet boy, Herbie, was found deceased. The family is grateful for CTDGRs Melissa and Jill for finding him. His family is absolutely heartbroken. Our thoughts go out to the family.

‼️ADOPTED‼️Exciting news from this past weekend. Moose got his freedom ride and is officially adopted. Moose was at Woodbridge Animal Control for almost 2 years patiently waiting for his new forever home. He sat back and watched dogs come and go and never held a grudge. He showed love everyday to all of the staff just being his usual goofy self. These are the stories that get us through the bad days. The dogs that make it out from human’s failing them. Everyone Meet Harry. He is a Catahoula Leopard Dog Lab mix. Harry was an owner surrender to Woodbridge Animal Control. He’s now available for adoption. Harry is a neutered male just over a year old. He knows basic commands and is a very affectionate and a sweet boy. He may be a little shy at first but opens his heart very quickly and gives nothing but love. Harry is ok with children. ‼️Adopted‼️If you remember this girl. This is Malka. She was found as a stray roaming a busy street in and out of traffic for a week. She finally was able to be trapped and she came to us with a serious eye injury which required removal of the eye. With everything that has transpired in her journey it hasn’t taken away her loyalty to staff and loving nature. She’s approximately 2-3 years old and deserves to find her loving forever home. She would be better with no other female dogs in the household.
