Late last Friday night, the doctors and their daughters had to say goodbye to one of their four kitties, Playful. Originally from a litter of five abandoned at NECC in 2008, Playful was adopted by the doctor’s daughter, Sarah. We want to remember all of the love and happy moments Playful shared with us:
“Helping” the girls with their annual Christmas jigsaw puzzle by walking across the pieces and getting them stuck to his paws giving him the nickname, Sticky Paws.
Dr. Richter having to sneak him extra treats without the other kitties knowing.
“Sneaking” into the basement once a week with Dr Arcuri. (They had a “no cats in the basement” rule.)
And of course all of the love and cuddles he shared with us all. He will be truly missed.

Happy Halloween! 🎃 Have fun and keep an extra close eye on your escape artists or sneaky eaters tonight. If any of your kitties are in costume, we want to see!
