It was a pretty productive travel weekend 1200 miles later 😬

Joey came home to CT from New Hampshire to take the BEST nap of his life 😴

And baby Cali made her first big trip from PA to MA to her new home! I’ve never seen a baby mini before and she was awfully cute 🥰

Berry excelled at her job and slept through all the trips. As the best copilots do 🍓💜

Great day at The Pines!

🥃 Aubrey and Louie were first in the leadline at Aubrey’s first show!

⭐️ Essie and Maverick were second in the leadline, Essie was so on top of things she was answering questions the judge didn’t even ask!

🍺 Lenni showed Bruiser for the first time and was reserve champion in the walk trot!

🦄✨ Madelyn and Maverick were champion in the walk trot ANDDDDD reserved their year end title of CHJA Champion for Walk Trot 2024!!!

Great job girls!!! Thank you Madelyn for packing and unpacking for everyone, and being a fantastic leader and helper towards your peers 💜

We got back and had a super fun team time, including a hobby horse show! Keeley got to spend her birthday with her favorite boy, too. Happy birthday Keeley!!!!!

This kid!!!

Madelyn doesn’t need me anymore…. Champion in walk trot equitation and reserve champion in the pleasure at Folly today! Packed up her own pony and tack, got him to the show and groomed for herself.

Thank you Sam Borkoski for helping Madelyn today when I couldn’t be there!!!

Crazy weekend part 2!

Congratulations to all the girls at their IEA show today! Everyone rode wonderfully but we have 2 huge highlights-

🥇Kirsten won her flat!!!
🙌🏼Keeley qualified for REGIONALS!!!

Lenny and Maverick were superstars- as always!

Thank you everyone for your help today! Especially those who always go the extra mile. It never goes unnoticed! We’re so happy to have Emily back even if she isn’t quite back in the saddle yet 💜

Madelyn and Maverick started our double horse show weekend off strong, champion in the walk trot equitation and the pleasure at Windcrest, great riding Madelyn!!!

We had a super productive Tuesday at our first cohost show of the season at TerryAllen!

Thank you Sam and TerryAllen for a fantastic show with always the best horses!

Lenny and Louie each won at least one over fences class, and Vino and Mav did the same in their afternoon flat classes. Absolute superstar boys 🦄🌟✨🥇Lenny was totally in his element, IEA is his FAVORITE (still not sure why this makes him the happiest but whatever makes him content!!!)

The girls all rode great, showed wonderful examples of horsemanship and sportsmanship, and everyone kept a smile on their face amongst their hustle and bustle all the way through to stopping at Emily’s house on our way home, unpacking the trailer and doing night chores!

Thank you to our awesome parents who also worked tirelessly, contributed towards beautiful raffle baskets, and made sure everyone always had a job!

Teamwork makes the dream work! 💪🏼

We started the day with games and the girls showed a competitive streak we’ve never seen in the show ring 😂

Then we had parents on horses with the kids teaching them- lots of moms and dads were dragged around at the trot!

And we ended with a fantastic Halloween Parade, pumpkins painting and food! Thank you everyone who came and helped make the day run smoothly 🦄

Clipping clinic tomorrow, show prep Monday, and our co- host IEA show Tuesday, equine affair Friday!!💪🏼

Maverick was a super star at Westbrook today. Essie was champion in the leadline for her first show, and Madelyn was DOUBLE champion- one in each of her walk trot divisions! Thank you for sharing your boy Whitney Pustola, he is certainly a popular guy! Thank you for having us BHC Management Horse Shows 🏆🏅🦄

We had a fantastic first IEA show yesterday!

Filled with lots of learning, pony patting, and team support- congratulations girls!

Thank you Susannah for being an amazing co coach and getting everyone on the correct horse in a timely manner as they jumped out of their cars 😂

Thank you Folly Farm for running such an efficient show with wonderful horses!

IEA filled weekend!!

The girls had a blast at the last barrel race at All In Farm last night, and then were all ready right on time for a successful IEA practice this morning! Berry thoroughly enjoyed rolling in the grass with Zach at the barrel race, too 😊

Tomorrow brings our first real IEA show of the season! Good luck girls!

Myles first trot under saddle- such a good baby!

Not the best video but today baby Myles went under saddle for the first time and walked, stopped, and turned both ways!! Such a good smart boy!

After a fun lesson with these 2 they asked if they could switch ponies and hack together- of course the answer was yes! 2 happy kids enjoying their ponies together and planning their next ride, it doesn’t get better than that! Thank you Keeley and Madelyn for taking such good care of the ponies!

Lots of fun keeping the kids and horses cool!

I personally enjoy Lenny’s power walk to pretend he’s trotting for breakfast 🐎

Great day at Old Salem! Vinny had great low hunter rounds in good company coming home with an 8th. Susannah and Lenny had awesome trips in the low adult hunters and were 3rd, 4th, and 5th! 🦄🏆🏅

So proud of progress today! “Vincent” stepped right into the low hunters at Old Salem at his third show ever, laid down 2 trips like this and was totally on it! I’m so grateful for these opportunities and look forward to many more shows with him! Baby Spur came along for the ride to keep Vinny company and stood quietly for the day like it’s a regular weekend thing. Such good boys 🏆
