One thing we always promote is Fear Free handling of the animals we come in contact with. YES this approach takes longer but is so rewarding to gain the trust of an animal. Not just grab and go! Not only do I promote this, I am now actually certified as Fear Free. Perfect example of this method was working with and understanding Phinie. Then helping her adopters understand her.
