🐾 Celebrating Our Class for Dog Obedience ! 🐾

What an amazing first session! We kicked off our journey to better behavior and stronger bonds with a fantastic group of dogs and their owners. From learning the basics to handling first-day jitters, our pups made incredible progress!

✨ Highlights from Today’s Class: ✅ Introduction to foundational commands (sit with implied stay, luring, and focus) ✅ Socialization time – everyone made new friends! ✅ Tips for reinforcing good behavior at home

Our fall group class just finished up their last class! We are so proud of the hard work they have done!

Our next group class is open for registration!

Starts November 5th, 2024 at 5:30pm.
Class Fee is $180, and is due on first day of class.
Location: 3525 John Bragg Hwy, Woodbury TN

Minimal age limit is 12 weeks old. Must be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines. Proof of vaccines must be sent to [email protected].

Group class is scheduled to run for 6 weeks. We will skip the week of Thanksgiving!

Wow! What an awesome way to wrap up our Board and Training program just in time for shutdown (October and November 2024).

Betty, Mabel, and Nala completed their 3 week Board and training programs. We are so proud of all of them for the progress made through training. All 3 of them learned all the basic commands- sit, down, stay, come, heel, place, no and off. As well as a few extras, like waiting at boundaries and for the food bowl.

Murphy is working on moving surfaces this morning! This is an exercise to build confidence and to utilize a treadmill as a energy let out for the rainy days. This also helps prepare Murphy for any moving surfaces later in the future. This happy boy goes home soon and we are gonna miss him!

Murphy, Mabel, Nala and Betty (unfortunately didn't get a picture) all when to Pepper Branch Park in Mcminnville TN yesterday for an outing! Environment socialization is a great part of building confidence and generalize their training. All had a great time seeing a new place! We love it there, it's nice and clean with an awesome water source.

A fun park outing to switch up our training environment!

Nala, Murphy, Mable, and Betty had a great time taking in all the new sights and smells. Building positive associations with things that can be different and scary. Building attention in an overly distracting environment. Generalizing their training in new areas. All things things help to make a well-versed trained dog/pup.

Good Morning all!!

We are working hard over here.

•Newbie boarder Knox (1st picture the 3rd pup in from the left) He is here to board while his parents are gone on vacation as well as continue with his training. Knox has been completing private sessions with us!
•Betty is continuing to work on her basic obedience skills, nice play during play times, and patiently waiting to come out of the kennel and at doors.
•Picture 3, 4 and 5 are of boarders LJ, Flynn, and Arrow! They got to stay with us while their parents has some much needed family time.
•Murphy is continuing to work on his reactivity towards people and other dogs. He is big poppa, and has taken on the role of showing the babies around to smell the perimeter and meddling in when they are too much.
•Skye is continuing her extended boarding stay while her owners is recovering from a major surgery.

Welcome Mabeline aka Mabel to our 3 week Board and training program! This sweetie is going to work on her basic obedience commands, asking for attention, waiting at boundaries, drop-it, and leash walking skills. We are excited to have 2 beautiful chocolate Labs to work with these next couple of weeks.

Welcome back Murphy!

Murphy is back to complete the last 3 weeks of out of his y week Board and Training program. He is eager to get started back to work. We missed him while he was gone but his owners were about to have some much needed snuggle time!

Back to work!!!

Hannibal and Henry want to welcome our newest sweet heart to our Board and Training program, miss Nala! Sweetie Nala is 14 weeks old, and we are working on excited greetings, potty training, basic commands, and proper socialization. We are happy to be back working for the remainder of this month until shutdown for the kennels in October and November. December we will start back with Boarding and Board & Training. Just a reminder our private sessions and group class will continue through the kennel shutdown with Trainer Dana Rinehart.
