🤍 A moment I will never forget…

I don’t usually share birthing pictures with the public, as they’re not the ones that people want to see on social media 😬 (and understandably so!) But this one, I had to share…

Lexi’s Mama captured this sweet moment of our son, Noah (12), catching the very last LOD puppy ❤️

He’s watched multiple dog births over the years but has never caught a puppy. Is a big responsibility but I knew he was ready and that it was a unique experience that many do not get ☺️

Noah rose to the occasion beautifully and bravely. We are so proud of him!

In reflection and as we are very soon end our puppy raising journey, the thing I am most grateful for over the past 6.5 years of raising Doodles is that I have gotten to do it with my family, specifically with our kids by my side.

I could have never done this alone. It’s taken all four of us to raise wonderful pups for wonderful families and I will cherish this season for as long as I live.

And how I hope they will, too.

And in case you’re wondering, it was “Blue Boy” that Noah caught. The very last LOD pup 💙

🤍 Arms FULL of puppies 🤍

If this girl could stay home all day to snuggle + play with puppies, she’d be perfectly happy 🥰

💗 Charis so good with the puppies and always has been, having the perfect mix of being ever so sweet yet strict when they’re naughty (aka: “Little Mama”).

🌸 She was just two years old when we started our puppy raising journey and will be turning 9 just shortly after this last Goldendoodle litter goes into their forever homes.

I know she is going to greatly miss having puppies in the house as we wrap up this season of breeding. But I hope she’ll forever cherish the years of snuggles and fun that she has had with all the puppies she’s been blessed to help raise 🐶

These four week old babies enjoyed one last milk date with their amazing mama earlier today and are officially being weaned!

I cannot believe that we are already here but Lexi’s pups have always been notorious for teething EARLY which is SO not fun when you’ve got eight crazy babies on your teats!

While the health of our puppies matters greatly to us, our mama dog’s health matters just as much.

So here’s to keeping everyone chunky + healthily + happy!

👋🏻 It’s been a while since I’ve done a so here goes…

Hi everyone, I’m Faith 👱🏼‍♀️

Wife to Chris, Mom to Noah & Charis, current grad student, teacher, and apprentice of Jesus…

While I have an assortment of titles I’m known by, “Puppy Raiser & Snuggler” would also be one of them 🐶

Some think I’m cool 😎 while others think I’m crazy 🤪 and the latter assumption would probably be more accurate if I’m honest 🤣

🪷 But really, so much of my life has gone quite differently than planned (I’m sure many of you can relate!) and yet, its all unfolded much more meaningful than I could have ever hoped for.

🐾 Including our family’s puppy raising journey!

Originally, I figured we’d only breed our girls for 2-3 years. Yet we kept on going for multiple reasons but chiefly, because it’s brought so much joy to our lives and to the lives of others 🥰

🐕‍🦺 As I reflect upon the past six and a half years of raising wonderful Doodles for wonderful families, my heart is truly full. We’ve met such fantastic couples, individuals, kids, and families who have provided such incredible homes to our puppies.

And now, as I snuggle these sweet puppies - our very last litter before ending our puppy raising journey - I am simply overwhelmed with gratitude 🤍

This family venture has been a big part of who we are, of who I am, and I guess I’m cool with that ☺️

So wherever you find yourself today, I hope you’re able to embrace the life you’ve been given despite all the unexpected circumstances along the way…

Because they might, in fact, surprise you and bring you unexpected joy ❤️

🛋️ Evening puppy snuggles + kisses just never gets old 🐶

👦🏼 This boy (who is quickly becoming a young man!) has been snuggling puppies for over half his life now 💙

At this age and stage of his life, some of his favorite things are video games 🎮 , Pokémon, and riding pretty much anything with wheels as fast as he possibly can 🚴🏼🛹🛼

But a puppy will stop him in his tracks and melt his heart in a minute 🥰

I hope he never forgets what that puppy love feels like 🐶❤️

🥰 Last night was EXTRA special for our family… We got to play 🎅🏽 Santa’s elves 🧝🧝‍♂️ and deliver our last little puppy Yellow Girl (now sweetly named “Ruby”) to the doorstep of her new and incredible forever family, surprising these precious girl’s with their early Christmas present from “Santa” 🎁 Their reaction simply melted our hearts 💕 They were SO excited and happy as was their new pup, Ruby! Way to go, Mom & Dad 👏🏼👊🏼 We hope it’s an unforgettable memory that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. We know that it will for us ❤️ While the waiting for that last, right family was hard, it was totally worth it! A very warm thank you to our friend and 🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺 2x LOD family member, Alana, for referring this sweet family our way! Confession: THIS IS THE CUTEST STAGE 😍 Ahh..this three-to-four week mark with the pups is simply THE BEST. We could just watch them play together all day!
