Here at Woodland Pet Salon dogs are groomed one on one. This means that there isn’t a queue of dogs waiting in kennels for hours before they are bathed and groomed. Instead it means they may wait in a kennel for 20-30 minutes while I finish up the previous dog and after that they aren’t kenneled again as I work straight through their groom. Dog usually leave here within 2-3 hours and if I am running behind schedule I do my best to communicate that so you know what’s going on with your precious pup. We also don’t use kennel dryers or let dogs air dry here, rather we use high velocity dryers and blow dry dogs completely. I don’t believe in letting damp dogs sit in a kennel, it smells like wet dog and doesn’t get their hair nice and fluffy.
