ISO: Ranch Versatility Horse

Looking for a ranch versatility horse for an adult amateur. Here’s what I’m looking for:

Good-minded with smooth gaits.
Doesn’t need to be cowy but must be safe around cattle.
Mare or gelding, any color.
Solid lead changes and in the bridle.
Will be actively shown and must be 14-14.3 hands (nothing taller).
4yr or older.
Preference given to horses on the West Coast (California preferred), but willing to travel for the right match.
Must include pictures and video to be considered. Video needs to show circles, lead changes, stops and turns. We are ready to come try.
