Hello everyone!

I need some help from the community 🫶

I have owned my dog grooming business “ Red Rover Dog Grooming” for three years now and have been grooming for 5 years. A lot of you may have heard about me through social media from last years spring/ summer, I was mobile.

I am switching over from mobile to finding a mom and pop building for lease in the Snowflake/ Show Low/ Heber area. Preferably Heber or Snowflake. I have struggled finding one on Facebook marketplace or just looking around town.

Does anyone have any leads they can give me? Any buildings you have seen for lease around town? Or if you’re a realtor, do you know of any spots currently leasing out a commercial spot? I am also open to buying a building, my business has never had a loan so my personal credit is around 600-620.
