We’re back at the GPRS Headquarters this week. Molly’s going to introduce five dogs as their debut.

Carlotta will strut her stuff. She’s around 2 years old adores just about everyone she meets. Carlotta is all manners, no aggression, showing that her motto is “peace, love, and belly rubs.” But don’t mistake her for antisocial—she’s perfectly pleasant with other dogs who mirror her laid-back demeanor, offering friendly glances and zero gossip. 🐾 Today is Puppy Mill Awareness Day 🐾

We shine a light on the dark reality of puppy mills—large-scale commercial breeding facilities that prioritize profit over the well-being of animals. Dogs in these facilities often suffer in overcrowded, unsanitary conditions with little to no medical care, socialization, or human compassion.

This day is about:
✅ EDUCATING others about how to avoid supporting these cruel operations.
✅ ADVOCATING for stronger laws and better enforcement.
✅ CHOOSING adoption from shelters or rescues.
✅ SUPPORTING ethical, responsible breeders who prioritize health and temperament.

Look beyond the cute face. Ask questions. See the facility. Always adopt or shop responsibly. A responsible breeder will never hide where their puppies are raised.

Let's work together to end the demand that keeps puppy mills in business. 💔

🚨 Foster Needed for Sweet Coco + $5 Friday 🚨

At almost 2 years old, Coco has already known deep heartbreak. She was found wandering onto a stranger’s property—thin, neglected, and in terrible shape. 💔 Animal control was called, but no one ever came for her.

That’s when we stepped in. Our rescue, alongside the kind people who found her, gave Coco the first real kindness she may have ever known. She’s been recovering in a foster home, but now that foster can no longer keep her—and Coco needs a safe place to land while she finishes healing. 🐾

✨ She’s gentle.
✨ She’s resilient.
✨ And she deserves better than being passed around again.

URGENT FOSTER PLEA! 🚨

We are in desperate need of foster homes for two very special dogs:

🐾 💚Mylo – UPDATE 9/19, Mylo has been ADOPTED!!

This young boy is described as sweet, derpy, and absolutely wonderful. He has loved every dog and person he’s met, and he even did great during a cat test—interested but easily redirected. Mylo deserves to leave the shelter behind and start his new chapter in a safe, loving foster home.

Coco is still healing, both inside and out. She’s made amazing progress, but she needs stability while her thyroid medication and coat continue improving. She can’t be in a home with cats, chickens, or other small animals, but she makes up for it with her gentle, loving personality. Coco deserves to keep moving forward, not backwards.

Sweet Delilah is still waiting for her perfect family 💕 This gorgeous girl thrives when she gets to be with her people. She’d love a home where:
• You’re around a lot, or you take her along for adventures 🐾
• There are kids (or kids visiting often!) to love on 👧👦
• She has another doggie friend to play and cuddle with 🐶💞

Delilah is happiest when she’s part of the action, whether it’s a family outing, movie night on the couch, or romping in the yard with a pup sibling. She has so much love to give and just needs a family ready to make her part of their world forever.

We’re back live this week.

Sedona will join us this week. Born in February of 2023, she’s a quiet, affectionate girl who’s happiest curled up next to her people, soaking in all the love and cuddles she can get. While she may start off shy and unsure, with patience and kindness, Sedona truly blossoms into a loyal companion. Helena will be here. She’s all ready for her forever home now. This 18 month old had to grow up fast. Helena is the mama of the “H” litter, and she is an amazing mama.
