Junior solid black tort buck ready for a new home! Lines include KK lops, Happy hills, the bunny barn rabbitry, etc. Located in woodsfield Ohio. This guy has a great head ear crown and an awesome hindquarter. Just wish his front limb was shorter. He would do great crossing over some bigger bodied blocky brood does!

Also looking for a New barn is Ridge Hoppers Cricket. This girl is the hardest one to let go of. I absolutely love her mother and the kits she produces. Cricket has been nothing short of an amazing brood doe and I know she can do just that for another rabbitry. She has a solid body, love her head shape. She has plenty of bone and width throughout. She is just getting ready to come off of a litter and the option is available to breed her to any of our bucks here. Please pm me with any questions. Located in Woodsfield Ohio!

Huge congratulations to the new cobreeder in the barn Emma Amos on her BIS win with Ridge Hoppers Emmy Lou at the Monroe County Fair. Emma has been in love with this girl for quite some time. She Picked her out as her own personal bunny back in March when she was just 8 weeks old and the rest is history. I couldn’t be more proud of this duo and of how much Emma has grown within her understanding of the breed!

Murphy’s Allie and The Bunny Barn Kristoff welcomed a gorgeous litter of 4 babies to the barn a few days ago and they are doing amazing. I’ve got high hopes for what this cross will do for us here at Ridge Hopper Rabbitry!!!

The bunny barn Kristoff and K&K Lops Black Saphire welcomed a Healthy solid blue baby a few days ago and it fortunately had 1 DOA. The decision was made to move this single baby over to The Bunny barn Mel’s nesting box and she took it amazingly.

The Bunny Barn Mel and The Bunny Barn Kristoff welcomed a little Of 7 babies on the 4th of January. Unfortunately 4 were peanuts but we still have some healthy babies in the box to watch grow.

We reduced the New Zealand’s herd down to 3 does and a buck. Bred our 2 sr does and have 2 litters of 7 in the boxes. They are pretty cute!

A last minute decision was made to attend the CORBA show in Zanesville Ohio today and it went awesome!
The Bunny Barn Kristoff won his broken senior buck class today in a very large class of amazing rabbits!
Ridge Hoppers RH26 won 1st in his solid junior buck class out of 14 at 5 months old, then was Best Opposite of Variety and then went on to win Best Opposite of Breed!

So lots of things have been happening here lately with the rabbits between finally making it to a show and making some hard decisions to selling off most of the rabbits to allow for an addition or two to possibly make their way in to the herd one day to mix up our lines. I figured I Should update the page with our current breeding stock. We currently only have a trio of breeders in the barn but we are proud of the quality that they are and we are hopeful for some babies to be in the nest boxes soon. 😁

Unfortunately we are having to cut back on numbers in the Holland herd but don’t worry we won’t be stopping easing hollands, some changes just need to come our way. We have some stock available. Pm us with any interest. Seniors and juniors available!
