he well-being of animals and the people of Monroe County, Southeast Ohio. Every role in our shelter is filled by passionate volunteers, and we operate without monetary support from state, federal, or local entities.

💙 Our Mission: We are committed to the general welfare, sheltering, and placement of animals, preventing cruelty to animals, addressing animal overpopulation, and educating our community on the humane treatment of all living creatures.

🌟 How We Operate: All the funds we receive, whether through fundraisers, community support, membership fees, or grants, go directly back into the shelter. Unlike national animal welfare groups, your donations here directly impact the lives of local pets in need.

Olivia joined our shelter on January 10, 2025, and her stunning coat inspired us to call her a "Tabico" – a unique blend of tabby and calico coloring.

This lovely lady was abandoned, but she's in great condition and ready to find her forever home. Olivia is:

✔️ Friendly with adults and children alike

Our Paw Pantry is open, but with very limited supplies. If anyone is in need of pet food, please contact us. You will need to fill out an application to apply for assistance. Also, if anyone would like to donate to the pet pantry it would be greatly appreciated and needed. Thank you.

We’ve welcomed two adorable new dogs to the shelter today—a mother and son duo! ❤️

🐾 Fiona: A stunning black and white Husky (possibly a mix), about 2–3 years old. She’s a beautiful soul.
🐾 Finn: Her playful 8-month-old son, sporting a unique mix of brown, white, and black. He’s a Husky/Terrier blend with plenty of puppy energy!

This is all we know about them so far, but they’re sure to steal hearts in no time. 🐕💞
