The next cat I will highlight is Andy. We adopted him in 2/2011. My 2 year old son and I went to Petco just to buy cat litter. A much loved kitty had just passed away about a month before, so we weren’t looking for another yet. My son told me a kitty was waving at him and I looked over and he was actually standing inside the glass enclosure and moving 1 paw as if waving. Long story short, he came home with us about a week later.
We quickly discovered he wasn’t a typical cat. He would run around the house growling when he played at night, he loves having his fur scruffed. He is definitely our resident wild child! Even 10 years later (he’s 12 now)he loves to climb our Christmas tree multiple times a season!! He also loves to flop, especially in a basket of clothes, and attack each laundry item as it comes out. He has a sweet and cuddly side too when he’s not making mischief.
