Chief says good evening.

Due to a brief illness and his untimely passing, he regrets that this will be his last post.

But while its 62 and dark in Woodstock, its 75, sunny, and perfect park weather on the other side.

Expect sun and wind this afternoon. Gusts may be over 40mph. Highs should be around 40.

Chief says it's currently 29 and snowing in Woodstock.

We will probably see snow or snow shows for the next few hours. It will end by mid morning, but clouds will remain. High around 35.

It looks like we have around 1.5" out there. Enjoy it, this may be the last of the season.

Its 13 degrees in Woodstock with relatively clear skies.

Expect a much warmer day, temperatures should approach 40 degrees.

Skies should be cloudy and there is a chance of a snow flurry this morning.

We might hit the freezing mark today. Skies should be fairly clear.

Its currently 35 in Woodstock and misty.

The precipitation should be ending soon. It didn't get cold enough to bring more snow.

Expect partly cloud skies after the mist moves out. Temperatures will fall throughout the day, reaching 18 by midnight.

Chief is currently judging...weather conditions.

We received just over 6 inches on Lee Street last night and a considerable amount of ice.

Winds are now blowing at around 11mphs with gusts over 20. Temperature is 32.

Chief reports snow has fallen!

It's currently 30 in Woodstock. Snow continues to fall at a moderate rate. Accumulation is just over 4 inches. Roads and other hard topped surfaces have become covered in the past 30 to 45 minutes.

Stay safe and enjoy the weather. It will be around most of the morning and the cold even longer.

That white you see is snow. Dont expect it to stay around long though, highs today will be in the mid 50s with mostly sunny skies.

Chiefs watching the weather change.

Current temperature is 41 in Woodstock with 7 mph winds. We recorded gusts over 20mph several times since midnight.

It's currently 50 degrees in Woodstock. Skies are clearing and winds are from the north at 2mph.

The high temperature today will be in the lower 60s and we should have dry weather.

Chief is on the ground monitoring weather conditions.

He reports we received 1.35 inches of rain since it began Wednesday night.

Its currently 55, which is about as warm as it will get today.

Expect the clouds to stay with a chance of more showers this evening.
