Here is our Veterinary Assistant, Tori. If expressing a**l glands were an Olympic sport, Tori would be more like the curling team, slow and steady. In the nail trim 100-meter dash, she is like a Olympic gymnast who sticks the landing but cries on the inside. When holding down a wiggly Chihuahua, Tori handles it as good as an Olympic wrestler would, and when it comes to wrestling a cat for bloodwork, Tori is as tough as a Sumo Wrestler. I would say that Tori is indeed an Olympic Champion.

Here is our Customer Service Representative Alexiah. If answering three ringing phone lines at once was an Olympic event, Alexiah would be Simone Biles, flipping between calls with style. When it comes to explaining the bill she is a Marathon Runner with a steady pace and endurance. Clients sometimes get upset and yell at you (not our clients) Alexiah would take it like a figure skater, with grace under pressure. In the event of a scheduling nightmare, she would handle it like a Gymnast sticking the landing. I would say that Alexiah is indeed an Olympic Champion.

I would say that Lori is indeed an Olympic Champion.

Our Office Manager Penny is a gold medal Olympian. Penny balances payroll like an Archer, hitting every number precisely. She can handle multiple questions from staff like a synchronized swimmer, smiling gracefully. When it comes to putting out fires, Penny may as well be Usain Bolt the way she sprints around the hospital with that fire extinguisher. Penny accomplishes these tasks flowing through the hospital like a figure skater and if she falls, she just pretends it was part of the routine.
