Where We Care & Protect!

🌲 The Christmas Tree Chip and Dip takes place until January 17th. Bring your Christmas trees to Olde Rope Mill Park and we will feed them to our chipper. You can also bring a shovel with you to the park and “dip” into the free mulch.

Keep Cherokee Beautiful's Bring One for the Chipper event is Saturday, January 4th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Olde Rope Mill Park. The City of Woodstock Stormwater Department will offer free tree seedlings along with coffee and donuts.

🎄 Recycle Your Christmas Tree & Give Back to Nature! 🎄

Recreation and Parks and Cherokee Beautiful are hosting the Bring One for the Chipper event starting Saturday, Jan. 4 at Hobgood Park (6688 Bells Ferry Rd, Woodstock). and Keep Cherokee Beautiful are hosting the Bring One for the Chipper event starting Saturday, Jan. 4 at Hobgood Park (6688 Bells Ferry Rd, Woodstock).

📅 Drop-off Dates: Jan. 4 – Jan. 11
⏰ Hours: 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. (daily)
🎁 Bonus: KCB volunteers will distribute FREE tree seedlings to participants on Jan. 4 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Recycled trees will be turned into mulch for Patriots Park's dog park. Remember to remove all lights and ornaments before dropping off. 🌱
