Okay, okay… so we may have let a few breed holidays slip past us, but let’s be honest—these fabulous pups deserve love every single day! 🎉

So here’s our belated but totally paw-some shoutout to three breeds that deserve way more than just one day of fame:

🐶 Boston Terriers – The tuxedo-wearing charmers of the dog world. 🎩 Always looking dapper, always ready to party (or snore adorably through one). Basically, your classy roommate who somehow also snorts in their sleep.

🏃 Whippets – The Ferraris of the dog park. 🚀 Built for speed but also certified experts in sofa snoozing. If you blink, you’ll miss their zoomies—unless, of course, they’re mid-couch potato mode.

🐾 Skye Terriers – The long, luxurious locks, the attitude of royalty. 👑 Equal parts snuggle bug and stubborn little boss, these pups basically invented the "I’m too fabulous for this" side-eye.

🐾🍫 Happy National Chocolate Day!
But Remember... Chocolate & Pets Don't Mix! 🍫🐾

Today, as we celebrate the deliciousness of National Chocolate Day, we want to remind all pet parents that chocolate, while a treat for us, can be dangerous for our furry friends. 🐶🚫🐱

Chocolate contains theobromine and caffeine, both of which are toxic to pets and can lead to serious health issues, including:

⚠️ Vomiting & Diarrhea
⚠️ Increased Heart Rate
⚠️ Restlessness or Hyperactivity
⚠️ Seizures
⚠️ In severe cases, even fatal reactions

Dark chocolate and baking chocolate contain higher levels of theobromine and are especially dangerous. If you suspect your pet has ingested chocolate, contact us immediately for advice and treatment.

Instead of chocolate, treat your pets to pet-friendly goodies like carrots, peanut butter (xylitol-free), or their favorite vet-approved snacks! 🦴💙
