We never stop loving on our customers! A nice note from one of our customers after her furry friend passed -

I had a cat that after a few months of a plastic box would complete stop using it, no mater how well I cleaned the box between changes once the box started to smell he refused to use it. A few years back I saw the ad for Kitty Poo Club and thought well maybe if the box is tossed he would keep it in the box! It worked! Unfortunately a few months ago Orion passed away and I no longer needed the services, so I messaged them to cancel my order. They sent a heartfelt email and since I had a box already in transit they refunded the box and asked me to donate it. When I was ready I took it to a local kitty cafe, got coffee and loved on the kitties! It made my heart feel a little bit better and I don’t think I would have done it if I was not asked to donate the box… They also send a real card in the mail for condolences, I never expected so much from a company! Thank you for making my life easier.
