A friends mom had to move into a nursing home and they have no place for the kitties to go. They prefer them to stay together and be in a home rather than a shelter but they are desperate now. They were supposed to have everything out of her apartment by today. 🥺 the black kitty has diabetes. All of the places that they reached out to have said they’re not taking any kitties. Right now they are in a completely empty apartment.

Good evening everyone. We try to make our pet grooming facility supportive, helpful and educational for everyone. Whether it's brushing and combing your pet, nutritional needs or even safety of the pets. We also are supportive to you dog owners. We want you to feel like family instead of just another client that walked through the door. Kind of like a man going to a barber or woman to a hairdresser. If you come in stressed or upset. Don't feel embarrassed. We will give a hug if you need one or an ear to listen. That being said.

We have had many fires lately and even many car accidents. Including one of our staff and her pups were involved in an accident. Luckily in the accident everyone made it out fine. For that we thank the emergency responders and the seatbelts that held everyone including pups in place. Did you know that car safety for your pet is extremely important? Your pup may want to sit in the front seat with you or stick his or her head out the window but in the event of an accident, the airbag can go off in the front seat or your pup can fly out of the window. So instead of getting the help for you as the human. You are chasing and worrying about your pup. The best thing to do is have a seat belt for them or have them in a crate in the back. Never have them in the front seat or on your lap. I attached some photo examples of some that I have found and purchased on Amazon. They click right into the buckle and attach to a harness or collar. That being said this won't only help in the case of an accident. It will help so your pup isn't jumping around the car or if you hit your breaks they won't hit the back of the seat. And won't have to worry about them jumping out of the car and running away if they like to escape.

Now for fires I found this pretty cool. In a fire pets hide. That makes it so hard for fire fighters or even us owners find them. If your pet if crated at night like mine is. They developed an attachment for the crate that works the same as a fire alarm. Instead of sound it uses the light to signal where the crate is so you can quickly get you and your pet out of the house. It says it can last for up to 5 years. I don't know about you but my pets are my babies. So better be safe then sorry. It's a long post but thank you for reading. You never know something this small may save your pets life.

Wooohooooo we made it through the crazy holiday rushes. We want to give a huge thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding and love through the holiday craziness. We loved seeing everyone's smiling faces. We hope you have a great and Merry Christmas. We are so incredibly blessed to have you all.

P.s enjoy the window art from one of the neighborhood kids that love seeing the pups daily. It has to be one of the cutest things we have ever seen hahaha. And the big crazy boys before and after photo.
