Fourth of July!

If your pet is anxious or stressed due to the upcoming holiday, please plan ahead. Fireworks, picnics and other Fourth of July traditions can be great fun for people. But all of the festivities can be frightening and even dangerous for animals. Noisy fireworks and other celebrations can startle animals and cause them to run away; holiday foods can be unhealthy; summer heat and travel can be dangerous; and potentially dangerous debris can end up lying on the ground where pets can eat or play with it.

If you need a prescription for your pet, please give us 72 hours advance notice to accommodate. Patients must have been seen in the past year in order to obtain prescriptions.

The last day of school for students at Worcester Public School is Thursday June 20th. Tufts at Tech is open during the summer hours; but will close daily at 3:00pm. If you are picking up medications and/or pet food, we kindly ask that you come before 2:30pm.

We will be closed on the following holidays - Wednesday June 19, 2024 and Thursday July 4, 2024.

Happy Friday and Happy Memorial Day weekend. Tufts at Tech will be closed on Monday May 27, 2024 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.

Worcester public school is almost out for the summer but remember that Tufts at Tech is open during summer hours.

Tufts at Tech is located at Worcester Technical High School and provides veterinary services to the community and hands-on training for our students. Win-win.
