We feed them our own locally produced, custom blended feed that includes no growth hormones, no antibiotics, no animal by-products or other additives - nothing but healthy, natural ingredients - and they are gluten free! Our Farmer's Market offerings include whole birds, breasts and thighs (bone-in and boneless), drumsticks, wings and a huge selection of our hand made chicken sausages (Breakfast Patties, Original Brats, Farmhouse Brats, Apple Brats, Hot Italian, Sweet Italian, Chorizo, Ginger Blueberry, Tart Cherry, Ginger Sage and Tomato-Basil, as well as unseasoned ground chicken in patties or bulk.
