Wyandotte Fire Department, Quapaw Nation Fire Department, Wyandotte Nation Police Department, Town of Wyandotte Public Works, our city staff, the Spook House creators and workers and the Wyandotte Lions Club who provided the food- thank you for making the night SPooKtaCuLar for our community!

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

In the event that there is weather requiring the storm siren to be activated, thre Wyandotte Fire Department will drive around town using the truck sirens to notify you to take cover. The siren in town was hit by lightning this morning.
Stay weather aware this afternoon and tonight.

PLEASE BE WEATHER AWARE: The tornado siren in the downtown Wyandotte area was struck by lightning and exploded. We will still attempt to sound it but it is unlikely to work. Please be weather aware today and DO NOT rely on the siren for notification! (note: this is just for the downtown siren)

Notice:
The Town of Wyandotte is accepting sealed bids for the following items:

Caterpillar 302.5 Trac Hoe
AND
Case 580K Backhoe

The sealed bids will be accepted until 5pm on October 10, 2025 at the Wyandotte City Hall. There is a drop box to the left of the city hall front door where bids may be left after hours.

The Wyandotte City Council has the right to refuse any bid.

If you would like to view the equipment, please call city hall to make an appointment 918-678-2211.
