💥 Taking Orders for Bulk High-Quality Alfalfa Cubes 💥

Last June, we transitioned the whole barn from loose hay to alfalfa cubes. We’ve seen a great response from every horse in our program.

We are looking for other local folks who would be interested in buying these cubes in bulk.

- They come in totes and bags, so you would have to be willing to get at least one ton.
- We are working toward getting a semi load delivered to our house, so you would pickup accordingly. Ideally, we’d be ordering every couple months.
- These cubes are additive and preservative-free, which makes them much softer than most alfalfa cubes (see video in comments). The horses eat them like candy.
- The price per day to feed is very comparable to a loose hay and grain program. Feed as a primary forage, or supplement other forage with the high-quality protein and buffering benefits. You would pay the manufacturer directly; we are not making any money off of this.

We’ve been really pleased with the manufacturer of these cubes. Good, honest folks who work hard to produce a quality product.

If we get enough people committed to purchase, we’ll be having them delivered in the next month or so.

A lot of life is spent dreaming. It’s a pretty wild thing to wake up and realize you’re living one of those dreams.

Training out of our own barn is a dream come true. One that’s been an incredible journey of growth and development, and we aren’t done yet!

But there’s not a day that goes by that we don’t realize how blessed we have been by our incredible clients. Without your continued trust and support, we would be nothing.

The Lord is so faithful and kind to us.

And to our clients, we just want to say thank you.

Nelly was in our program over a year and she sure is something sweet.

☀️Day 1 ☀️ The beginning. The first impression. The “I’m the boss and you’re not” routine.

Don’t mind us as we casually lope away from the 4 inches of rain expected tonight. We know there are lots of folks out there needing rain, so we aren’t going to complain. At least all the ponies are nice and dry under the barn.

✅ Dentist visit ✅ Horse teeth grow continuously for most of their life, up to an 1/8” every year (just imagine how sharp and long they can get!). So routine dental care is important to ensure horses are given every opportunity to perform well, young or aged. Horse teeth take up more space in their head than their brain. So this is a friendly reminder to keep those toothers in tip-top shape so you are working with your horse instead of against them. 🦷

Peep those mile-long elevens 😍 Mouse (affectionately named because he’s “as quite as a church mouse”) is a 3-year old own son of Dual Smart Rey out of a money-earning daughter of Playgun. He’s on track for the Clovis Horse Sales Fall Futurity and we’re excited he’s packing the GPH brand. He’s one of the good ones, for sure.

Dixie’s Day 1 on the flag. When it’s all said and done, Dixie will have spent 90 days in our program. She came to us unstarted. She’s got plenty of sting and has progressed nicely into learning how to funnel that energy into her job as a cowhorse. So grateful for clients who give us the opportunity to lay a solid foundation for untouched young ones. Excited to watch her future unfold!
