Meet Devlin 3 yr old yellow lab, spayed house trained amazing with kids great with other dogs and cats very loving and kind. Owner and his son have fallen on hard times can't give her everything she needs. This is great dog if you would like to foster, adopt, or meet please let us know 402 223 9401.

We will be out to PAWS 4 Fun 222 North 44th october 22nd Sunday It is Bark at the Moon Event, there will a number of tables there and there will be free treats for all the dogs. Come out to see us. Look forward to seeing you all.

Sadie Dog Fund

Like the fast changes in weather, such is the case with animals blowing into a human’s life. Meet Storm, a beautiful 4 yr. old Belgian Shepherd mix. The compassion she has for her Veteran shows all over her face.

Storm blew into her family’s life when they needed her the most. Her family had just suffered two great losses (one of which was their 16 year old dog). They were so devastated that Storm’s family didn’t know if they would be able to welcome a new member.

One look at Storm and her family was sure they wanted her forever. Storm literally gave them a reason to get out of bed every day.

Not long after adopting her Storm’s family noticed that she was losing her footing and limping. She was taken to an orthopedic specialist that determined Storm had 2 ACL tears, and needed surgery on both of her rear legs. Unfortunately, these are very expensive surgeries.

This couldn’t have come at a worse time since her family had just spent a great deal of money on their other adopted dog who needed foreign body surgery to save his life as well as finding out he needed treatment for thyroid issues.

The orthopedic surgeon who was working on Storm’s case reached out to Sadie Dog Fund to help this U.S. Veteran’s dog in need.

Sadie Dog Fund was happy to give a helping hand for Storm and her Veteran to lift the financial burden.

According to Storm’s family she has healed up nicely from both surgeries and they were very grateful for the compassion and generosity Sadie Dog Fund gave to them.

Our U.S. Veterans face many challenges and storms during and after service. Sadie Dog Fund is so happy to be able to give help to everyone we can.
