PSA!! Please inspect your dogs for worms! 🪱 We have sent two dogs home just today due to the presence of worms. 🪱 If you suspect your dog has worms, 🪱 please call us to reschedule. We allow cancellations or rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Again, WE WILL NOT GROOM YOUR DOG IF IT HAS WORMS. 🪱 🪱 🪱

We appreciate and love every single one of you for supporting our business. We have made so many new friends and have had the pleasure of meeting some amazing people along the way.
With that being said, we have had quite a few No Call No Shows or Cancellations after 24hrs of notice, Late pick ups or showing up late. We have been very lenient but will now be enforcing these policies. They are posted AT Fluffy Butts Pet Pawlor, pinned on our page and will also be posted below.
We are far from perfect and very understanding. Trying our best to work around our clients needs.

Cancelations//NCNS - no show or canceling day of appointments will result in paying half price your missed appointment rebooking with FB.

Late fee - 20 minutes or later, you will need to pay a $10 late fee and/or reschedule at our discretion.

Pick up - PLEASE arrange your animal to be picked up within 30 minutes of us calling. Every 30 minutes after will result in $10 added to your service.

Matting & pelting - if we are not able to brush out your dog without hurting or harming them, we will shave them down. Bruising around the matted area will most likely occur. $20 added to your service charge.

We have the right to decline any pet for behavior/safety reasons for ourselves and your animal!!
