𝘽𝙄𝙏𝙎 {𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩 4}: On the last day of this Bits Series, let's talk about solid mouthpieces, and how to choose a bit for a KIDS' HORSE.

𝐈 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐤𝐢𝐝𝐬' 𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞. Here's why: when a horse is wearing a snaffle, a kid (having a lot less leverage than an adult) will learn to pull and fight against the horse's mouth. If you allow them to learn with a leverage bit, however, they learn to ride with 𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴. More importantly, they have enough control to 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞, and they can become 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚏𝚒𝚍𝚎𝚗𝚝 as a rider. 🤠
