Has anyone noticed that it’s been kind of quiet around here?
Just a little update about what’s going on and our plans.
We have had an influx of calls from folks saying things like “hi I’m so and so and I purchased a dog that was an original peppers ferry pup can I have more details on who the parents are and any health concerns they may have” or “I purchased a pup from peppers ferry pups advertised in this or that local paper” with a phone number or website that isn’t ours. Long story short, it appears that others are “doing business as” peppers ferry pups. This leads us to a predicament that doesn’t have easy solutions.
I have been gathering information from others and watching for ads in said local papers. If peppers ferrry pups has a litter available, we will continue to utilize our contracts online, our email address for inquiries, and facebook and instagram as our means of showing pictures and videos. Authenticity is a must! If you have a fur baby from us, please consider a google review that is positive and reflects the love and dedication we have shown you and our littles 🐾
Where do we go from here? Forward. Scale down, focus on quality and continue to love the lives we have touched in a positive way. We plan to scale back and breed with waiting lists.
So YES, we are still breeding. I’ve just taken a break due to personal health concerns and the obvious reasons stated above. I may have one litter for Christmas pups if the breeding was successful. Otherwise, we will stay “on hold” momentarily and just love on ourselves and our dogs!
